camp fortitude out of character

Ideally the Camp at game start should be functioning and have at least a few people who will be able to answer questions. For this to happen there will have needed to been a presence in Camp for at least a few months. So consider this a post to start fostering some of those connections if you are considering applying a character with in Camp history.
As well feel free to use this to give a heads up on a character you are planning on apping and to start making some plot/connections for them!
